Official Release:

Edelbrock has expanded its line of Super Victor II intake manifolds for big-block Chevy applications to include CNC port-matched versions.

Edelbrock Super Victor II single-plane intake manifolds are designed for use with large cubic inch big-block Chevy engines using the latest design conventional port heads. They are ideal for any 1,000+ horsepower drag race engine with high airflow requirements. They utilize modern casting techniques to create smooth, thin and extended divider walls for optimal “out of the box” performance. They have improved runner designs, resulting in increased runner area in the plenum. It also features an extra large carburetor outer flange with a 5″ x 5″ opening for high flow carburetors and throttle stop applications. In testing, on and off the track, these intake manifolds have consistently delivered 25+ horsepower gains over similar designs from other manufacturers.

Super Victor II intake manifold (#28962) features a runner design with 5.0 square-inches of runner area in the plenum and has been CNC port-matched for use with Edelbrock/Musi Victor cylinder heads (#61409). Super Victor II intake manifold (#28972) features 5.38 square-inches of runner area at the plenum and has been CNC port-matched for use with Edelbrock/Musi Victor cylinder heads (#61409). Finally, Super Victor II intake manifold (#28978) has the same features as (#28972), but has been CNC port-matched for use with Brodix SR20 cylinder heads right-out-of-the-box.

Features:

  • Ideal for 1,000+ horsepower drag race engines with high airflow requirements
  • Improved runner design offers increased runner area in the plenum
  • Tested to deliver an additional 25 horsepower over similar designs
