SuperFlow & RTS Tooling Offer The Lastest In Flowbench Technology

Recently, we received word from SuperFlow that they will be working closely with RTS Tooling in producing high-quality pressure differential valves, a popular new flowbench accessory. This is great news to those who use a flow bench in their shop, and need the ability to accurately map valve flow area without obstructing airflow. Check out the video here.

Official Release:

RTS Tooling and Superflow Reach Agreement On RTS Tooling’s Valves

SuperFlow today announced a multiyear sales agreement of RTS Tooling’s (RTST) Pressure Differential valves, a popular new flowbench accessory. The Pressure Differential Valves (PD Valves) offer a unique ability to accurately map valve flow area without obstructing airflow. Further, the PD Valves standardize the testing process to eliminate operator induced variables that lead to inconsistent results. “In our business eliminating variables is critical,” stated Mike Giles, Marketing Manager at SuperFlow. “The PD Valves do this and also increase testing efficiency giving users a powerful research and development tool that the market just hasn’t seen yet,” Giles continued.

PD Valves are now available exclusively through RTS Tooling or SuperFlow. Standard kits include a basic valve, positioning collar, locking collar, valve lift height standards, RTST Software package and case. Additional valves and collars are available for several different types of cylinder heads. Custom valves can be made for almost any type of cylinder head. For more information on the PD valves that are currently available visit www.rtstooling.com or www.SuperFlow.com.

As part of the agreement, SuperFlow and RTST will be conducting bi-annual flowbench training classes at the Performance Racing Industry trade show and also at SuperFlow’s facility in Colorado Springs. These classes will teach the newest flow testing technologies starting with the foundation to ensure proper setup, calibration and techniques for accurate and repeatable testing then progressing to today’s advanced.

“We are very enthusiastic to bring the newest generation of Flowbench testing and techniques that will help elevate the quality results of our customer’s needs,” said Rick Touchette of RTST. “With the current technology of cylinder heads, it is more apparent than ever to have quality testing and added information available to be on the leading edge,” Touchette added. RTST is committed to placing the best test equipment and resources in the hands of today’s cylinder head specialists. That means they will continue to develop new tools for customers to get the most out of their testing efforts.

Features:

  • Ability to accurately map valve flow area without obstructing airflow
