For 2020, the SEMA Show was a virtual experience via the SEMA360 website. Thousands of companies could display their newest products, hold roundtable meetings, and discuss future ideas online. We talked with Drew Sokol, Chief Marketing Officer of ProSource Diesel, to discuss their latest in parts, Spoologic Turbo Systems.

Among their lengthy lineup of turbochargers for nearly all diesel platforms, Spoologic Turbo Systems just released a total of six new Cummins turbochargers. For the ranges of 1994-2007, Spoologic now offers six Stage 2 turbos for the 5.9-Liter Cummins engine. These turbos are readily available on the ProSource Diesel website right now.

“These new turbos are capable of supporting up to 650 RWHP (rear wheel horsepower) and like Spoologic’s Powerstroke and Duramax turbos, these units feature exclusive Spoologic upgrades,” said Sokol. These upgrades include custom designed and manufactured oversized compressor wheels, upgraded and oversized turbine shafts, exclusive anti-surge rings, upgraded wastegate actuators, and more.”

Spoologic’s data-driven approach to design and manufacturing is based on testing in the lab, on the bench, on the street, and on the strip.  Plus, unlike some other brands, to ensure quality and longevity these are brand-new Spoologic turbos, not remanufactured units.  In addition, Spoologic balances components twice.  First, the compressor wheel and turbine shaft are balanced, then the entire rotating assembly is high-speed VSR balanced.

What turbos are offered? 

HX35 Stage 2 1994-2002

This turbo is capable of producing 40PSI of boost along with quick spool-up and a wide torque curve for more power across the entire RPM range. This is a direct drop-in, bolt-on replacement. Plus, it boasts exclusive features that give you greater all-around performance and durability making it the perfect turbo for everything from daily driving to extreme towing.

HE351CW 2003-2007

This turbo is capable of producing 45PSI of boost along with quick spool-up and a wide torque curve for more power across the entire RPM range just like its predecessor, the Spoologic HX35. Again, like the other Spoologic turbos, these are a complete drop-in replacement that will take care of your driving needs from mild to wild.

“These turbos are available in a red, black, or raw finish and feature the Spoologic name molded into the housing so they look great under the hood.  Finally, these turbos are backed by a one-year warranty featuring Spoologic’s exclusive 48-Hour Warranty Repair Guarantee which means that within 48-hours of receiving a turbo in their warehouse, we will have it fixed and shipped out to the customer,” Sokol said.
