Available in eight design options, all include wrap kits in different lengths to suit a wide variety of applications. They’re specifically designed to minimize installation challenges, while allowing you to enjoy the benefits of a fully wrapped and thermal barrier protected exhaust system. Getting the right header and exhaust wrap materials for your application is easier than ever with the great variety of US-made header and exhaust tube wraps available from Heatshield Products. From ultra-high-tech and proprietary Lava Wrap to the economical Exhaust Wrap, Heatshield has you covered.

The benefits of wrapping an exhaust system are well known: Keeping as much heat as possible in the system improves performance and horsepower by increasing exhaust flow velocity, which helps with scavenging. Heatshield Products exhaust wrap kits are specifically design to minimize installation challenges, while allowing you to more easily enjoy the benefits of a fully wrapped and thermal barrier protected exhaust system.
