If you’re an avid fan and visitor to this site, we’re sure you’re familiar with Koul Tools’ fuel line assembly tool. That tool makes putting together a fuel system a lot easier than it did before. The fuel line assembly tool took the guesswork out of putting together fuel lines, literally making it a snap to put lines together.

Here’s a look at the EZ-ON hose press from above, and putting together a fuel line.

A new tool now available from Koul Tools is this EZ-ON Hose Press. When assembling various fluid lines, you would have to use pure muscle to put the lines together, and mate them to the AN fittings. With the EZ-ON hose press, instead of using muscle to assemble the lines, the press does the work for you.

All you do is situate the fittings into the press, line up where the hose fully seats into the fitting, and use a battery-powered ratchet or small impact gun with a 17mm socket to run the hose down into the fitting. Once the hose is seated, loosen the clamps for both the fitting and hose, and you’re done.

The EZ-ON hose press works for a variety of hoses, even as you can see in this video, Parker’s Tough Cover hose for large volume fluid movement. The EZ-ON hose press is compatible with hoses ranging from -4 up to -16 lines.

The EZ-ON hose press comes with its own custom carrying case for safe storage and transportation.

Here you see the use of a hand ratchet, but using a battery-powered ratchet or small impact will make quick work of putting together fluid lines.
