Fragola Simplifies Plumbing With Their Real-Street Line Of Products

The process of building a racecar has many steps and hidden costs that can pop up during construction. What many consider the “nickel and dime” items can add up quickly in price, and should never be overlooked. Plumbing a car is one of those areas where the nickel and dime expenses show up, but this is a part of the build that is extremely important.

Fragola Performance Systems is an industry leader in the automotive performance fitting and hose business; their Real-Street line of products offer something for every racer out there trying to plumb their racecar.

For those who don’t like their garage or shop to smell like fuel, Fragola designed the Real-Street hose to eliminate fuel odors by using a P.T.F.E. coated core, instead of a rubber one. The Real-Street P.T.F.E hose works well with corrosive applications like brake fluid, but will also work with hot oil, power steering fluid, transmission lines and most kinds of fuel, as Fragola’s Jeff Stacy shares in the tech video shown above. These versatile hoses are available in AN sizes from -2 all the way to -12, so racers have a wide range of options to meet their plumbing needs.

To match their hoses, Fragola has the Real-Street Fittings product line that can fit any racecar plumbing application. These are reusable units are for P.T.F.E hose that feature a black anodized finished and are made of 6061 aluminum. The fittings have a double-swivel design that allows for clocking adjustments during installation to make getting the right fit a breeze. Fragola has made these units available in common angles, from 30 degrees up to 180 degrees, with AN sizes from -4 to -12.
