Dodge continues to fire up the performance-minded imaginations of fans through its Direct Connection program. The brand recently announced some new crate engine additions and supercharger kits for the lineup, great news for gearheads who want to build their dream machines.

Leading the pack are two new crate engine blocks: the Hellephant A30 426 and the Drag Pak 354. These are incredibly strong HEMI engines, offering a solid foundation to build custom cars – albeit for the street or the track. The Hellephant engine block specs out to 426 cubic inches and has proven capable of 1,000hp in full crate engine form, while the Drag Pak 354 engine block is a smaller-cube, class-legal block meant to tear up NHRA Factory Stock Showdown. Two different block configurations, both run $8,815 or $10,570 respectively. But Dodge didn’t leave it at that. The company also put in three new supercharger kits to unlock the capability of its 6.2-liter HEMI crate engines. The top-of-the-line offering is the 3.0L E85 Supercharger Kit, which is based on the dragster’s record-setting 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170. With an advertised 30 percent gain in airflow over the 2.7L Hellcat Redeye supercharger, this kit can support up to 21 PSI of boost.

It even supports E85 fuel for those in search of maximum power. This kit carries a suggested retail price of $11,995. For a more budget-friendly option, Dodge offers two supercharger replacement snout kits. The 2.4L kit is priced at $1,095 and is based on the 717-horsepower Hellcrate engine. The 2.7L kit, taking its origins from the 807-horsepower Hellcrate Redeye engine, costs $1,295.
