SEMA 2019: ARH Offers New Products for Late Model Muscle

American Racing Headers (ARH) launched its new Hemi Race Manifolds during the 2019 SEMA Show, held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Compatible with Dodge applications, the manifold is 50-state legal, and it adds 14 rear-wheel horsepower over the stock manifold.

According to Mike Cuomo from ARH, the manifold takes the tubing shell from the stock manifold, which has 1 5/8-inch tube internally and converts it to 1 7/8-inch with these manifolds.

Cuomo added for Hellcats (or anything equivalent), ARH offers a two-inch race system in addition to a three-and-a-half-inch system that collects into a three-and-a-half-inch midsection which then reduces down to a three-inch pipe.

“The design allows you to order it as a full system with our mufflers, or you can adapt it into your existing cat-back,” Cuomo said.

He added it works with all the supercharged, stroked, or nitrous type applications and will fit Dodge Challengers from 2006 to present. It will maximize efficiency for any application making over 850-900 horsepower.

Other new products on display at the ARH booth include a 3-inch stainless-steel exhaust system designed specifically for the Foxbody Mustang.

“We already had headers, and we complemented it with a full exhaust,” said Cuomo. “You have the option to go with an X pipe or H pipe, it’s all mandrel bent and composed of 304 stainless.”

Cuomo added that the kit comes with everything you need to install it. “It’s got all the hangers in the proper spots so that you can reuse the factory locations. It’s an easy bolt-in kit, and it’s set up to work with either the LX chassis or the GT, so we have two different setups.”

ARH also offers two racing exhaust systems for the C7 Corvette.

“One’s a straight two-inch system with a three-and-a-half-inch collector, and the other is a three-and-a-half-inch collector with a three-and-a-half-inch midsection that reduces down to three inches.”

Each C7 system is a direct bolt-in to the existing mufflers. It also comes with an extra two bungs in the x-pipe for wideband tuning.
