Get ready for a fresh take on performance industry events! The brand-new High-Performance Expo (HPX), set to debut in Charlotte, North Carolina, next year, just announced a significant partnership for its central hub. Engine Pro, a well-known name in performance engine parts, is stepping up as the title sponsor for the show’s main theater.
From June 3-5, 2025, attendees heading to the Charlotte Convention Center for HPX will find the “HPX Theater powered by Engine Pro.” This won’t be just any presentation stage; HPX promises a dynamic lineup designed to deliver real value. According to HPX General Manager Dana Teague, the goal is to share “exclusive insights and expertise from top industry leaders” in a format attendees won’t find elsewhere.
So, what can visitors expect at the Engine Pro-backed theater? Each day, concise 20-minute “Power Talks” will feature industry insiders directly delivering impactful knowledge (HPX will announce specific topics and speakers closer to the show). Additionally, the theater will host the “PerformancePLUS Competition” on the show’s opening day.
This fast-paced showcase will see eight selected brands pitch their hottest new products (launched between June 2024 and June 2025) to judges and the audience, competing for awards, including a “People’s Choice.”
Engine Pro’s decision to sponsor the theater goes beyond simple brand visibility. Tim Odom, President of the AAM Group, stated their aim is to provide a platform that helps “elevate the capabilities of the entire industry and empower the next generation” while also fostering a “greater sense of communities” through interaction.
It’s a strong vote of confidence in HPX, which aims to be the “new, fresh event” the industry is looking for on the East Coast, bringing together all segments of the automotive aftermarket.
With registration now open for the HPX trade show, the addition of the Engine Pro-powered theater adds another compelling reason for performance professionals and enthusiasts to mark their calendars for Charlotte in June 2025. It’s shaping up to be a key destination for learning, networking, and discovering the latest innovations.
