
Trick Flow Specialties is teaming with Stainless Works and Proform to offer headers and carburetors, respectively, giving the cylinder head specialist the option of offering customers ready-to-bolt-on packages.
“We now have complete top-end solutions,” says Mike Downs, general manager at Trick Flow. “Think of it as completing the air-in, air-out flow.
On the cylinder head front, Trick Flow showed off a CNC-ported version of its top big-block Chevy offering and also introduced a GenX LS7 head.

“Previously we had only the as-cast version of the big-block head,” explains Downs. “We felt there was a real need to compete with a CNC-ported head. It’s for bigger engines in Top Sportsman and other classes.”
Called the Powerport 365, the heads feature a high-resolution finish for maximum airflow and come fully assembled with premium valvetrain components.
For LS engines, Trick Flow if offering the GenX 260 square-port that works on LS blocks with a minimum bore of 4.100 inch. They are cast from A356-T61 aluminum and come with 70cc combustion chamber and 2.20/1.60 valves. Intake ports measure 260cc and have a flow rating of 393 cfm.
Finally, Trick Flow had a new intake manifold for 351W engines on display. This R-series single-plane manifold is designed for heavily modified engines operating in the 3,500 to 7,500 rpm range. It can also be modified for EFI port injection.
