The Champion Spark Plugs ‘Search For A Champion’ contest voting is now underway, and you can vote by checking out the video entries at the contest website. The finalist voting period runs from today, January 6th, through February 3rd, and will determine the fifteen $5,000 sponsorship winners and set up the final round of voting, which will crown the 2015 winner that will take home the whopping $50,000 grand prize.
You’re not just voting, though – if you register on the website at the same time, you’ll get a free entry into a sweepstakes drawing for one of 200 prize packs including a sweet Champion T-shirt and hat.
“Every vote cast in the Search for a Champion contest can dramatically change the course of a racer’s career – that was absolutely true for me,” said 2014 grand-prize winner Jordan Ives. “This is the only program of its kind to support talented young drivers who want to reach the next level of competition and perhaps even become professionals. I’m proud to represent the Champion brand and the thousands of voters who supported me each time I line up for the start of a race.”
The contest is held annually and offers sportsman racers from one of three categories – Asphalt, Dirt, and Water/Snow – the opportunity to become that year’s grand champion. This year there are over 140 entries to choose from, so head on over to the contest website to view the videos and vote.
