Hemi owners needing to beef up the valvetrain but don’t want to fuss with extensive machine work to the head will appreciate the new rocker arm assembly from T&D Machine Products.
“These bolt on with no machine work,” says Sheldon Miller of T&D Machine. “For some other products you may have to machine the spark plug supports down flat.”

T&D has conducted extensive dyno testing on these rocker assemblies, which fit the dual-plug Mopar 6.1-liter “Apache” Hemi engines.
“We had no issues with them bending or breaking,” adds Miller.
Primary market for these rockers will be Super Stock and street-performance owners adding superchargers or nitrous. Also anyone running different retainers to gain more installed height with their valve springs.
“These will clear those retainers,” says Miller.
The T&D assembly is made from steel and follows the factory style shafts design. They’re available with adjustable and non-adjustable rockers. Expected street price will be around $2,800.
