King Engine Bearings Announces Two New Members Of Its US Sales Team

Recently, King Engine Bearings announced a personnel expansion, with the addition of Steven Washington as Director of Aftermarket Sales and Shane Turner in the role of Regional Sales Manager.

“We are thrilled to announce two new additions to our USA sales team,” said Limor Karpatkin, VP of Sales at King Engine Bearings. “Steven and Shane will play pivotal roles in helping us achieve our corporate growth objectives in the aftermarket and racing distribution segment.”

Steven Washington joins King Engine Bearings in the role of Director of Aftermarket Sales and will be responsible for managing and growing King’s distribution segment. Washington brings over 30 years of automotive aftermarket experience, most recently serving as the Director of Sales at GSP Automotive. His extensive knowledge and expertise will be instrumental in driving King’s aftermarket sales strategy forward.

Shane Turner will be taking on the role of Regional Sales Manager for King. Shane has over 25 years of experience in the automotive and high-performance industry, having worked for renowned performance companies such as Edelbrock and JE Pistons, and most recently at Hastings Manufacturing. His deep understanding of the market and strong relationships within the industry will be invaluable as King Engine Bearings expands its sales efforts.

This expansion in personnel matches the company’s current expansion in application coverage in the automotive aftermarket segment. King offers a full line of both OEM-replacement and high-performance connecting rod, main, and camshaft bearings in a variety of product lines, including the pMax Black, pMaxKote, and GPC silver-based bearing lineups. Most recently, you’ve seen us use the pMaxKote bearings in our 1,200-horswpower Gen-III HEMI build and will be featured in several of our upcoming projects, so make sure to stay tuned on that front.
