Quick Fuel Technology Realeases New High Capacity Fuel Filters

Quick Fuel Technology delivers two new fuel filters, Canister and In-Line Billet, for the filtration your engine needs and the flow it craves in both carbureted and high-pressure fuel injection application. New QFT fuel filters are built from aircraft-grade aluminum for a leak-proof operation, pressure drops of less than 1 PSI, and are compatible with gas, alcohol and E85 fuels.

Official Release:

Fuel filters are typically an after thought when it comes time to design your fuel system. That’s okay because Quick Fuel Technology (QFT) has designed a pair of fuel filters (canister and inline) that make selecting the correct filter foolproof. They can be used for both carbureted and high-pressure fuel injection systems. These filters are also compatible with most fuels including gas, alcohol and E85, and they are available with various sized filtering media, depending upon application. Despite their superior filtering capabilities, these filters are designed for maximum flow with pressure drops of less than 1 PSI at 1,500 pounds-per-hour of fuel flow.

QFT’s In-Line Billet Fuel Filter was designed to fit into tight locations, yet offers a substantial filtering area. It is made from aircraft grade billet aluminum with hard-coat anodized, threaded end caps for superior strength and corrosion resistance. They are sealed with Viton O-rings for leak-proof operation.

QFT’s In-Line filters come in three sizes – #8 AN, #10 AN and #12 AN fittings on both inlet and outlet. Two different filter medias are available. The 10-micron cellulose cartridge (P/N 30-7309) and 40-micron stainless steel cartridge (P/N 30-7310) are interchangeable.

QFT’s Canister Fuel Filter (P/N 30-7018 and P/N 30-7007) is a light and compact design for those vehicles requiring replaceable filter elements. The canister is built out of aircraft grade billet aluminum, hard-coat anodized with end caps fitted with Viton O-ring seals for leak-proof operation. Inlet and outlet fittings are threaded for large ½” x 14 NPT fittings providing high fuel flow capacity. Two replacement filter elements are available – a 10-micron cellulose element (P/N 30-7019), and a 100-micron stainless steel element (P/N 30-7308). Replacement O-rings are available as a set under P/N 30-7036.

Features:

  • Hard-core anodized aircraft-grade billet aluminum canister construction
  • Features leak-proof end caps fitted with Viton O-ring seals
  • Includes high fuel capacity threaded inlet and outlet ½” x 14 NPT fittings
  • Compatible with most fuels, including: gas, alcohol and E85
