Champion Spark Plugs, a Federal Mogul brand, has been giving away $125,000 each year for the last three in their “Search For A Champion contest, and they just recently announced that the program will be back for a fourth year in 2014.

The company is looking for new talent in motorsports  – drag racers, road racers, powersports racers, dirt motorsports racers, and any racer that competes in a sport that uses an engine are all eligible to participate in the contest, which begins on November 3rd, 2014. Entry is simple – put together a two-minute video and submit it to Champion for consideration. Once all of the submissions are in, the company will give the world an opportunity to vote on those racers that should make it to the final round, where fifteen $5,000 sponsorships and one $50,000 Grand Prize winner will take home a brand-new sponsorship from Champion.

The Search For a Champion contest begins on November 3rd and runs through January 4th, 2015. The finalists will be selected, and final voting begins on January 6th and runs through February 3rd. The fifteen finalists will be named on February 17th, and the Grand Prize portion of the contest runs from February 24th, 2015 through March 24th, 2015.
